Charles is a Managing Partner of Real SG, LLC where he oversees all matters at the company and is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and investments. Prior to co-founding Real Strategies Group, Charles exclusively focused on senior living and long-term care assets as a Director and First Vice President of Investments at Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap Inc. (NYSE: MMI). During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Charles oversaw team growth which resulted in doubling sales volume, for an annual average of $430 million and over $3.50 billion in total. He previously worked as an analyst in Baxter International Inc.’s (NYSE: BAX) financial development program, with concentrations in their corporate services, supply chain, and contract manufacturing segments. Mr. Hilding graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance accompanied by a Certificate in International Business and was a contributor to the men’s 2006 Big East Champion track and field team.

Andrew J. Hilding

Andrew is a Partner of Real SG, LLC. and has more than 15 years of experience in the senior living and long-term care space. He is responsible for sourcing acquisitions, conducting diligence activities, and managing all aspects of a transaction from start to finish. Prior to co-founding Real Strategies Group, Andrew was a First Vice President of Investments at Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap Inc. (NYSE: MMI). During his time there, he had a primary focus in the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast states, representing institutions, REITs, and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of active adult, independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. Mr. Hilding is a graduate of Indiana University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs with an emphasis in Business Administration.

Matthew R. Andriano

Matthew is a Partner of Real SG, LLC with nearly 20 years of experience in the senior living and long-term care industry. He is responsible for sourcing new opportunities focusing on the Midwest and Southeast regions. Prior to co-founding Real Strategies Group, Matthew was a First Vice President of Investments at Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap Inc. Inc. (NYSE: MMI), where he specialized in working with non-profit, private regional, and institutional owner of facilities nationwide. His vast experience stems from being on the operations side of seniors housing for nearly a decade as vice president of business development for an Illinois owner. Previously he held a position as a commercial lender with LaSalle Bank. Mr. Andriano received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
